Availability. Our client relations staff is available by phone, email or live chat (via our website) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Should you or your delivery team have an urgent request, or need assistance during a delivery, our emergency line is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
